1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Foldable tables and chairs may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-15 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of camping lamps do you offer?
We offer LED camping lanterns, rechargeable lamps, and battery-powered lamps. All lamps comply with UL 153 (portable luminaires) for electrical safety. Rechargeable models with lithium batteries comply with UL 1642 (cell safety) and UN38.3 (transport). Wireless models comply with FCC Part 15 (FCC ID for intentional radiators). Water-resistant models meet IPX4 or higher.

5. What types of foldable tables and chairs do you offer?
We offer portable camping tables, folding picnic tables, and foldable camping chairs. Materials: aluminum frame, steel frame, polyester fabric, plastic. Weight capacity: tables 50-100 lbs; chairs 250-350 lbs. Products meet ASTM stability standards for outdoor furniture.

6. Do foldable tables and chairs require assembly?
Most require zero or minimal assembly – simply unfold and lock into place. Some models may require attaching feet or connectors. Instructions included.

7. What is the weight capacity?

  • Camping lamps: N/A.

  • Foldable tables: 50-100 lbs (check product specs).

  • Foldable chairs: 250-350 lbs.

8. How do I care for my camping lamp?

  • Clean with soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.

  • For rechargeable models, charge only with supplied cable.

  • Remove batteries for long-term storage.

  • Store in dry place.

9. How do I care for my foldable table and chair?

  • Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

  • Check locking mechanisms before each use.

  • Store in dry place; do not leave outdoors.

  • For fabric seats, spot clean with mild detergent.
